Delete your Learnijoy account
You can permanently delete your account from the Learnijoy website or mobile app. You do not need the app installed to complete this request.
What deletion does
- Removes your login credentials, connected sign-in identities, contact details and learner profile.
- Cancels active renewable Learnijoy memberships before deletion.
- Signs you out on all devices and makes the account unrecoverable.
- May retain anonymized shared content and transaction records required for legal, payment, security or fraud-prevention obligations.
Sign in to verify that you own the account, then the deletion confirmation will open automatically.
