These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced here (collectively, the “Terms”), form a binding agreement between TEKNIKOZ SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Learnijoy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) concerning your use of our websites, applications, goods, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

User content and Learn comments

“User Content” means comments, replies, profile information, text, images, files, links, reports, and other material that a user submits through the Services. Learn comments are community spaces and may be seen or answered by other users, so you must not post information you want to keep private.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You give Learnijoy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and moderate the Services. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where limited retention is reasonably required for backups, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and grant this licence.

Prohibited content and conduct

Learnijoy does not tolerate objectionable, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe User Content. You must not post, request, encourage, link to, or use the Services to facilitate:

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexualisation of a minor, or attempts to move a minor into secret or inappropriate contact.
Pornography or sexually explicit content; graphic violence; credible threats; or encouragement of suicide, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or harm to people or animals.
Bullying, harassment, stalking, intimidation, humiliation, hateful conduct, or discrimination targeting protected characteristics.
Another person’s private or identifying information, including passwords, financial information, precise location, home address, personal phone number, school schedule, or other doxxing material.
Illegal activity or regulated goods, including fraud, scams, weapons, unlawful drugs, trafficking, or instructions intended to cause wrongdoing or evade law enforcement.
Spam, deceptive promotions, malware, phishing, impersonation, coordinated manipulation, or false and malicious reports against another user.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or another person’s legal rights.
Attempts to evade moderation, recreate removed content, or help a suspended user regain access without our approval.

Reporting and blocking

Use the report control beside a comment to send it to our moderation team. Select the closest reason and provide useful context where possible. Reports must be made in good faith.
You may use the block control to limit content and interactions from a particular account. Blocking is an account-level safety preference; it does not remove reported content for everyone or replace an emergency or law-enforcement report.
We restrict a reporter’s identity to people and service providers who need it for the safety process, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to address an immediate safety risk.
If a child may be in danger, someone makes a credible threat, or there is an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first, then notify Learnijoy.

Moderation, removal, and account action

We may use automated systems and trained reviewers to detect, prioritise, and review User Content and reports. We may investigate and, where appropriate, hide, remove, restrict, or preserve content; limit community features; warn, suspend, or terminate an account; prevent repeat registrations; and refer matters to a school, guardian, emergency service, or competent authority when permitted or required by law.

We consider context, severity, repetition, user safety, and applicable law. We may act without advance notice where prompt action is needed and may leave content unavailable while a review is pending. We do not guarantee that every item will be reviewed before publication or that every report will result in removal. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the Services.
You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, then this may make you ineligible for a refund.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
